FluxRide - Fleet Dashboard Case Study

FluxRide gives fleet managers one command center for an operation that moves faster than the tools tracking it.

The Challenge
Revenue lived in one tool, drivers in another, live trips in a third. Managers stitched the picture together manually, several times a day.

The Approach
I put the five numbers that matter, revenue, trips, rating, fare, and wait, in a glanceable row up top, then gave drivers, fleet status, and recent trips their own panels for drilling in without losing the overview. A dark, high-contrast interface with a single green accent keeps critical figures legible during long shifts.

The Outcome
Three tools consolidated into one view. A dashboard that stays readable at peak load, built on a system that scales with the fleet.
